The programs, from the tool table

One page per tool, generated from the tool’s own header comment — so a description cannot drift from the code it describes, because there is only one copy and it is the source.

Two of these are load-bearing for the rules rather than convenient: the build lock exists because five concurrent builds pre-froze this workstation, and the worktree script exists because a shared checkout makes cargo test a lottery.
